We have a rare and unique opportunity for a Full or Part Time Office Administrator based at our busy depot in Glasgow, Charles Street.
Reporting to Liz Logan, General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Answering incoming calls in a friendly and polite manner
Managing telephone, email, and social media enquiries
Coordinating bookings for private hire and allocate accordingly
Providing pricing information for private hire bookings
Taking payments and inputting bookings into the coach management system
Allocating invoice payments accurately and in a timely manner
Handling and counting cash
Generating and submitting weekly/monthly invoices
Controlling the process of payment for private hire work making sure that payments are received promptly and efficiently
Other operational and accounting administration
This is a very demanding, dynamic role which requires a clear thinker and excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in administration or customer service
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
The role will be Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm, part time opportunities may also be available
