Office Administrator – Glasgow

We have a rare and unique opportunity for a Full or Part Time Office Administrator based at our busy depot in Glasgow, Charles Street.
Reporting to Liz Logan, General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls in a friendly and polite manner
- Managing telephone, email, and social media enquiries
- Coordinating bookings for private hire and allocate accordingly
- Providing pricing information for private hire bookings
- Taking payments and inputting bookings into the coach management system
- Allocating invoice payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Handling and counting cash
- Generating and submitting weekly/monthly invoices
- Controlling the process of payment for private hire work making sure that payments are received promptly and efficiently
- Other operational and accounting administration
Requirements:
- This is a very demanding, dynamic role which requires a clear thinker and excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- The role will be Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm, part time opportunities may also be available
